Fellows Works

Workforce development from the page to the stage.

Talent is everywhere. Infrastructure is not.

Most creators stop three feet from gold, not because they lack talent or quit, but because they lack the infrastructure to keep drilling when the vein disappears. They don’t know how to book a show, negotiate a contract, produce content, merchandise a brand, or structure a revenue model.

Fellows Works exists to close that gap. Our workforce development is the backbone of our Dance Theater and Media pillars. Skills developed include booking, merchandising, marketing, design. These skills can be transferred across a spectrum of industries. All while earning by learning.

Two cohorts per calendar year. Eligibility 16-25. Under 18 must be enrolled in high school.
Prospects and Parents/Guardians interested, please email Works@TheFellowsProject.org
