The Fellows Project Ecosystem

The Fellows Project is an arts and advocacy institution. We advocate for structural change in the creative economy by developing young men into creative professionals who own their work, their wealth, and their future. These are the programs that make that real.

Program Snapshot

Five programs. One ecosystem. Dance Theater builds discipline and craft through year-round performance training. Media is our social enterprise engine: publishing books, producing content, and proving that the organization owns what it creates. Works is paid workforce development where young men learn the economics of performance. Catalyst is a venture accelerator where participants launch businesses they own. Mood Bank is the advocacy backbone and peer support infrastructure that makes all of it sustainable. The logic: you cannot build leaders if they do not survive the journey. You cannot achieve ownership if you do not understand the business. You cannot understand the business without the foundation of creative excellence. Every program serves a purpose. Together, they build a complete pathway from craft to ownership.

What You Leave With

Skills that translate to income. A portfolio of real work. Performance experience. Published content with your name on it. Business fundamentals. Capital access. Ownership of what you built. Not a certificate. Not a reference letter. Actual proof you can do the work. Some Fellows leave with paychecks from workforce training. Some leave with businesses they own. All leave knowing they create value, not just consume it.

Eligibility

Ages 13-25 for most programs. Mood Bank starts at 13 and has no upper age limit. If you are ready to show up, do the work, and build something that outlasts the program, you are eligible. We are looking for commitment, not perfection. For specific age requirements, schedules, and application details, explore the individual programs below.
